D.W. GILLET BUTCHERS

Gillet Butchers is a family-run catering butcher located in Downton, Salisbury. They currently serve some of the best restaurants, pubs and hotels across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire. Their high-quality locally-sourced products include Hampshire Lamb, New Forest Venison and award-winning Tatchbury Manor Farm Black Pudding.

PREMIER FISH

Premier Fish have an experienced team that ensures our specific fish requirements are met. We work closely with them to get the freshest local fish from their day boats, which sail from Lymington and Poole. Premier Fish supplies fresh fish, shellfish, smoked fish, molluscs and more. The company only use reputable suppliers who have been audited, fully understand the importance of sustainability and have procedures in place to help to protect the UK’s fisheries and fishermen.

BREADPORT BAKERY

Bread Port is located along Station Road in the charming market town of New Milton, on the edge of the New Forest. They offer a wide variety of freshly baked artisan bread including campagne, focaccia, sourdough, flavoured bread, freshly baked white sandwich bread and wholemeal loaves. They also sell cakes and other treats, such as apricot and almond tarts.

FLUFFETS FARM

Our eggs are supplied by the local Cranborne Chase farm, which delivers eggs from small carefully-managed free-range flocks.

NAKED JAM

Jenny runs a sustainable business here in the New Forest, making our jams from locally foraged fruits. Her goal is to produce the seasons in a jar and we are delighted to offer her products to our guests.

LYBURN CHEESE

Based in the village of Landford, Lyburn Farm offers a variety of handmade cheeses. All artisan cheeses are made on the farm using pasteurised milk from their own herd of pedigree cows.

HARVEST FINE FOODS

The team at Harvest is dedicated to providing us with a wide variety of grocery items, including fruit and vegetables. Located in Southampton, their new depot offers deliveries six days a week, ensuring our produce remains fresh.

GIGGI GELATERIA

Giggi brings his passion for real homemade Italian ice cream from his hometown of Alezio. He makes ice cream every day on his premises in Bournemouth using local dairy products. He often incorporates seasonal fruit to create flavours from around the world.

BROCK GIN

Distilled exclusively for Forest Park, Brock Gin is a light, elegant gin with a complex floral palette. Carefully distilled in small batches, this artisan premium gin contains botanicals of juniper, water mint, cucumber, orris root, angelica root, thyme, lemon peel and orange peel. The ingredients reflect the nature of our beautiful New Forest landscape.

BOOK AND BUCKET

Book and Bucket are a local hand-made small-batch cheese company from nearby Cranborne. We are delighted to serve this wonderful cheese on our menu.

FLACK MANOR

We are proud to serve this Salsa accredited real ale, made by the traditional double drop breeding method.

PIG BEER

Brothers Tom and Harry supply us with beer from their Brockenhurst microbrewery. Created using rainwater, this sustainable beer is one of our top sellers.

IDEAL PRODUCE

We are supplied with a variety of products from Ideal, a company that supports local growers and farmers.

RED GARAGE COFFEE

David roasts his TEMPO blend of coffee right here in the New Forest. We have been serving his coffee at breakfast time since we opened in 2019.
