Do you have a car park?

We offer free car parking to guests at the front & rear of the hotel.
The post code for the Forest Park is SO42 7ZG. To access the car park, drive down Rhinefield Road with the hotel on your left and turn in by the wooden sign at the front of the buuilding. There are a small number of spaces on the right (opposite the hotel), as well as one EV charging point (we recommend booking this).

Are you dog friendly?

Your four-legged friends are very welcome to visit the Forest Park, however we do have a few house rules.
Firstly, dogs are welcome in all areas excluding the hotel’s main restaurant. You are welcome to dine with your well behaved dog in the Inn or outside in our garden.

In regards to staying with us, we do have several rooms which we allow dogs to stay in, please phone us direct to book a dog friendly room on 01858 438300.

There is a small charge of £20 per dog, per night.

Accessibility

Our hotel benefits from a lift that accesses all floors, however if you have accessibility requirements we recommend you speak to us directly before making a reservation so we can accommodate you in the best room for you.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in time is from 3pm on the day of your arrival. You can upgrade to an early check in for £20, however, if your room is ready before 3pm you are welcome to check in early at no charge.

Check out is by 11am on the day of departure.

What time is breakfast served for residents?

Monday – Friday              07:00am – 10:00am
Saturday & Sunday         08:00am – 10:00am

Location

The Forest Park sits imposingly in the centre of the New Forest National Park. The hotel has large grounds to the rear and pathways leading into the national park from the front. Close by you will find many charming independent shops and tearooms, as well as many world class attractions. Much nature, including horses, cows, donkeys & deers roam freely in the New Forest, including near to our building so please drive with caution when approaching the building and surrounding areas.
